Why this exists

The costly part is not the application. It is being turned away for something nobody mentioned.

A fee is paid, weeks pass, and the answer comes back naming a document that could have been collected on day one. The expensive thing was never the paperwork; it was finding out too late. So this sequence names what is missing while you can still close it, and tells you the difference between something that needs attention and something that will stop the file dead.

Each requirement says what it is, why it matters and the concrete action that closes it, at one of three levels: something to know, a warning, or a hard block. All of it in your language.

Already know the lender you want? Go straight to their products and continue. Do not know yet? Just talk, and the products that suit your size, your sector and what you actually need are brought to you.

What reaches the officer includes the conversation you had while preparing and the history of the gaps you closed. They arrive having effectively sat through the preparation, so the meeting starts further along.

Delivery is exactly-once, and it says when it failed.
Pending, delivering, delivered, or failed, retried on a schedule, and a delivered record has to carry the timestamp that proves it. A failed send is something you are told about, not something that disappears.

What people ask before they trust this.

What does the officer actually receive?: Your finished pack, your documents, and the conversation that produced them. Not our opinion of you. The packet is checked for internal assessment material before it is sent, so the absence is enforced by the code that assembles it rather than by a promise.
Can I send one file to several lenders at once?: Not yet. Today a file goes to the officer whose code you hold, one live delivery per application. Sending one prepared file to several lenders and being told exactly which ones received it is what we are building next, and this page will say so the day it is true and not before.
What if a document fails to load on the way?: The officer is told the section is empty because a source failed, not shown an empty section that looks like you brought nothing. Those two things mean opposite things about an applicant, and conflating them costs the applicant.
Do you decide whether I get the loan?: No, and we never will. The credit decision belongs to the regulated lender. We prepare the file so their officer spends their time on the judgement instead of on assembling a folder.
