Working capital, asset finance, agriculture, a group loan or a first loan for a business you are still building. You describe it, and LitFin prepares it with you until an officer can read it in one sitting.
In your own words, in your own language, typing or speaking. There is no form to face and no vocabulary to learn first. What you say becomes the application.
Bank statements, mobile money history, till records, invoices, a photo of a licence. They are read, the figures are pulled out, and anything that disagrees between two documents is brought back to you.
Your business plan and your financials arrive already drafted from your own numbers. You adjust and refine them by talking. You are never handed a blank page and asked to build one.
You always see what is still open and what closes it. When we can, we ask for a photo of the yard, the stock or the equipment, and tell you early and honestly if the amount you want does not match what we see.
When the pack is complete you send it to the lender you have chosen, and it reaches a named officer there rather than a general inbox. Everything that produced it travels with it, so the person reading it has already seen how you got here.
These are yours. They are the documents an officer expects, in the order an officer reads them.
The business and how it runs, the market and who else is in it, who manages it, what the money is for, how it gets repaid, and the risks with what you would do about them.
Profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow, built from your own records, where the profit lands in the balance sheet and the cash flow reconciles to the cash line. Statements that do not tie are a defect, not a draft.
Growth, margin, what you spend and what you expect to earn. Every assumption is named, carries where it came from, and can be changed, and a conservative case is worked out beside the base one so the officer's first question is already answered.
Debt service coverage year by year and at its lowest point, the break-even year, net present value, the internal rate of return and the full repayment schedule, computed from your own financials and explained so you can defend them in the room.
Every figure is tagged with where it came from: read from your document, computed from figures that were, stated by you, or taken from an industry standard or the lender's own requirement and labelled as such. There is no fifth kind, and a number we cannot source does not get written.
Every screen, every document and every answer renders wholly in the language you are using. Speak instead of typing when it is easier, and pick the conversation back up on the same device or another one.
Everything that can be done digitally, we do with you, until no gap is left. What needs a person in a room, or a licence on a wall, stays with the officer. That is how it should be.
We never verify you, clear you, or approve you, and we never say that we do.
One sentence is enough to start. Everything after that, we do together.
